Apple Mountain Alpacas at 357 Birchwood Drive, Clarkesville, Georgia.

Our summers are usually fabulous! Our grandchildren always visit us from N.J., for at least 2 weeks. The problem coming to us now is how do we top last summer's adventures and fun? Well we scheduled a tour of Apple Mountain Alpacas and we hit the jackpot.
It was a rainy day but in one way that worked well as all the Alpacas were in the barn, so we all had an up close experience. Melissa Reader did a wonderful job of explaining Alpacas and raising them healthy. We touched all of the Alpacas and even got kisses from one of the beautiful, gentle Alpacas. Watching Melissa around them you can see her great love of them and they are family. "Master Piece" is the star of the show and is front and center to show all of the Alpacas good traits.
We actually formed a bonding and friendship with both Melissa and her Alpacas. We encourage everyone to arrange a visit and experience "The world of Alpacas" and two wonderful guard dogs that help tend to the farm and herd..
The peace, love and beauty you'll receive from this experience, you'll carry forever. Our last memory of our visit, our grandchildren are 10 & 12 years old and they took in every bit of the experience as well. We feel they took a lot of goodness and learning, back to their home in the big city.

The visit to Apple Mountain Alpacas was incredible. We arrived and were greeted with such a wonderful welcoming spirit. We enjoyed every moment of our visit and learned so much. It was the best thing about going to Georgia. If you get the opportunity it is the VERY best. Thanks so much for having us.
